Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and your timely cooperation. Timelines may be adjusted if:
I am not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including client delays, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
The number of revision rounds included in the project will be specified in the proposal. Revisions must be consolidated feedback related to the agreed scope.
Requests beyond the included revisions or outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at my standard hourly rate.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving work at specified milestones. Once approved, subsequent changes may be subject to additional fees.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for arranging and paying for website hosting. I can provide recommendations or setup assistance as an additional service.
I typically provide a brief period of post-launch support (specified in the proposal) to address any bugs or issues. Ongoing maintenance and updates are available as a separate service.
While I implement security best practices, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your website's security, including keeping software updated and managing access credentials.
I warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, I make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
While I strive for excellence, I cannot guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or conversions from the website or services provided.
